Privacy Policy

Applies to SSSyntex Communication (Meta app ID 1131662365872321), Creative Computer WA, and their business WhatsApp communication service.

Creative Computers uses this service to communicate with customers and business contacts through WhatsApp. SSSyntex supports administration of the service, including SSSyntex Communication. For privacy questions, contact sssyntex@gmail.com.

Information we process

• Phone numbers and message content needed to send or respond to business communications, and contact or transaction details included in those communications.
• Message identifiers, timestamps, send results, service usage records and audit information needed to operate and troubleshoot the service.
• Authorized administrators’ Google account email addresses, access permissions and sign-in activity.

How we use information

We use this information for customer support, requested business updates, communication records, service administration, security and troubleshooting. Administrators must confirm the intended recipient and applicable messaging requirements before sending messages. To stop optional WhatsApp communications, reply STOP or email us.

Service providers and sharing

Messages and recipient phone numbers are processed through Meta’s WhatsApp Cloud API. Google services, including Apps Script and Google Sheets, support service operation and storage of administrative, usage and audit records. Cloudflare Workers receives webhook messages and delivery events, checks their signature, and forwards them to the Google Apps Script receiver. Information included in a message is also shared with its intended recipient. Provider infrastructure may process information outside your country under the provider’s own terms and policies.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect the service. WhatsApp and Google maintain their own privacy policies: WhatsApp and Google.

Storage, access and security

Administrative, connection, usage and audit records are held in Google services used by the operator. API credentials are stored on the server and are not returned to the administration console. Access to the console and sending permissions is restricted to authorized administrators and modules. No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Retention

Information is retained for the business communication, operational, security and record-keeping purposes described here. Retention depends on the purpose of the record and applicable obligations; there is no single automatic deletion period for all records. You may request deletion using the instructions below. Records that must be retained for legal, security or accounting reasons may be retained, and we will explain relevant limits when responding.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or stop optional messages. We may request limited information to verify that the request relates to you. Do not send passwords, access tokens or one-time codes.

This page has no contact form, advertising trackers or analytics added by Creative Computer. The hosting provider may process standard network and access logs to deliver and secure the page.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date on this page identifies the latest published policy.
